You can also reach The Village EAP through our confidential and secure Online Message Center. Begin the process by clicking on the link above, where you will be prompted to register as a new user, or login to your account. Then, click on “New Message” to send us a message. After we receive your online question(s), a Village EAP professional will respond through the Message Center, or call you with any questions we may have. The process will continue through a combination of online and telephone communications. Please check your EAP Message Center account as you will not be notified when you receive a response to your message.
