EAP Orientations

The Village EAP includes on-site benefits orientations for employees and supervisors as part of its standard EAP contract.

Employee Orientation—The Village EAP provides orientation for all employees at the beginning of your EAP contract. We will schedule the orientations at your convenience. Multiple orientations are common and are based on the size of your workforce. We will conduct additional orientations upon your request, and suggest that you hold reminder orientations every year if possible. These reminders help maintain utilization by employees. Orientations generally last for 30 minutes but can be adjusted to fit the time available.

Supervisor Orientations—We offer supervisor orientations for all managers and supervisors when you begin services with The Village EAP. Included in the orientation is a written Supervisor’s Guide for each manager or supervisor. The guide includes information on the supervisor HelpLine, the informal and formal referral process, constructive confrontation, substance abuse and others issues commonly faced by managers and supervisors. Supervisor orientations generally require one (1) hour of time.
