Training SolutionsThe Village Business Institute (VBI) provides training for employees, supervisors and managers as part of any standard contract with The Village EAP. In addition we can provide training for companies and organizations that are not currently contracting for The Village EAP services.

What kind of training is available?
We emphasize training that fits the particular needs of our clients. Training topics may be within areas of motivation, customer service, management, awareness, wellness or communication, or focus on specific areas of employment law. Many companies use our services to provide mandated training such as “Drug Free Workplace” training.
